Explore our collection of ready-to-rent backdrops designed for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, graduations, bridal showers, corporate events, and more.
2. Reserve
Choose your favorite design and reserve it online. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll have it ready for pickup.
3. Pick Up
Pick up your backdrop at the scheduled location on your event date.
4. Celebrate
Create a stunning focal point for your event. Our backdrops are beautiful on their own and thoughtfully designed to pair seamlessly with balloon garlands and other event décor.
5. Return
Simply return your backdrop after your event during your scheduled return time.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What's included with my rental?
Each rental includes your selected backdrop and stand only.
Balloon garlands, florals, pedestals, props, and other event décor are not included unless specifically stated.
Do you provide balloon garlands?
No.
We specialize in luxury ready-to-rent backdrops.
Our designs are created to look beautiful on their own while also pairing perfectly with balloon garlands if you'd like to add them.
You're welcome to create your own balloon installation or hire the balloon artist of your choice.
Are balloons required?
Not at all.
Our designs are intentionally created to make a statement with or without balloon garlands.
How long is the rental?
Each backdrop rental is for one event/day unless otherwise arranged.
How do I reserve a backdrop?
Reserve online by selecting your favorite design and choosing your event date.
What size are your backdrops?
Most of our backdrops measure approximately 7 ft x 3.5 ft, making them perfect for photo moments, dessert tables, welcome displays, and event focal points.
Can I decorate the backdrop?
Absolutely!

Is setup difficult?
Not at all.
Our backdrops are designed for quick, easy setup so you can spend more time celebrating and less time decorating.
Can I customize a backdrop?
At this time, our focus is on professionally designed ready-to-rent backdrops, allowing us to offer a streamlined rental experience and a growing collection of luxury designs.
Can I reserve more than one backdrop?
Absolutely!
Many customers combine multiple backdrops to create larger event displays or multiple photo areas.
Can I reserve a backdrop for a future event?
Yes!
Because our inventory is limited and each backdrop is reserved exclusively for one customer at a time, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred event date.
Where do I pick up my backdrop?
Pickup instructions and location details will be provided after your reservation has been confirmed.
What happens if I miss my pickup time?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll do our best to accommodate schedule changes when availability allows.
When is payment due?
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date.
Because our inventory is limited and dates are reserved exclusively for each customer, reservations are not held without payment.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

What happens if I return the backdrop late?
To ensure every customer receives their backdrop on time, late returns may be subject to additional fees.
What if the backdrop is damaged?
Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear.

Do I need to clean the backdrop before returning it?
No.
Simply return the backdrop in the same condition it was received.
Please do not attempt to wash, paint, repair, or alter the backdrop.
Can the backdrop be used outdoors?
We recommend indoor use whenever possible.
Outdoor use is permitted only during dry weather and on stable surfaces.
Damage caused by wind, rain, mud, or excessive moisture may result in additional charges.
Can food and drinks be placed near the backdrop?
Yes—but please use caution.
Food, beverages, candles, paint, glitter, confetti, adhesives, or anything that could stain or damage the backdrop should be kept away whenever possible.
